What we collect
When you book: your name, mobile number, email if you give it, trip details and pickup notes. For Ride Pool seats: the travellers’ names. When you apply to drive or for a business account: the details you type in the form.
Where it is kept
Today bookings stay in your own browser and reach us only when you send them on WhatsApp. When live booking opens, they are stored on our servers so we can arrange your trip.
Why we use it
To arrange your trip, contact you about it and keep the records the law asks for. We do not sell personal data.
Who sees it
The driver of your trip sees your name, phone number and pickup details. Our operations team sees your booking.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent. Contact us to do so.
