Booking
A booking is a request for a vehicle and driver at the fixed price shown. While bookings are in demo mode, nothing reaches us until you send it on WhatsApp.
Prices
The price shown when you book is the price you pay for that trip. Prices on this site are samples until the tariff is final.
Payment
You pay the driver in cash unless you chose another payment method that is open.
Changes and cancellations
See the changes and cancellations page. The rules are being finalised.
Changes and cancellationsBehaviour
Treat drivers and other passengers with respect. A driver may refuse or end a trip that is not safe.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
